- SafeSport on its real cycle, annual background checks, coaching licenses, and state-specific concussion training all tracked individually at the player, coach, and volunteer level. Automated alerts and renewal workflows mean a coach is never quietly out of compliance the day before a tournament.
- Players and coaches can’t be activated on a roster until the required documents and certifications for their role, age group, and state are verified. "Everyone compliant before kickoff" is the default, not the goal.
- Incident and injury reports route to your state association and your insurance broker on the timeline each one requires. Mandatory reporting to the U.S. Center for SafeSport or to law enforcement is supported with clear in-app workflows, direct links to the authoritative reporting portals, and a permanent internal record of the report your club retains for its own file.
- Each sanctioning body has its own forms, its own deadlines, and its own concussion laws. Teams Elevated lets you configure the platform around the bodies your club actually answers to, instead of forcing your operation to fit a generic template.
- Records are encrypted on our servers and in transit. Sensitive data lives behind role-based permissions. Strong password requirements, two-factor authentication, and account activity logs protect every login.
