Your club has a public page

Every club now has a public, mobile-first page at /club/your-club-name — one link for your Instagram bio, your email signature, flyers and sign-up tables. Families and visitors can see it without an account.

Referees: a directory, a referee account, and games that find their own ref

Referees now live in the platform. Clubs keep a referee directory, assign referees when they create a game, and referees sign in to a page that is just their games — including open games they can claim themselves.

Lineups, referee feedback, staff access and a cleaner look

Coaches can build a game lineup, rate a referee, and be assigned to teams from one place; club admins manage every staff member’s access from Club Settings; chat gets clickable links and local times; and every page in the staff app now shares one look.

Chat: notifications, reactions, polls and pinned messages

Chat notifications get a boost, and chat gains reactions, polls and pinned messages.

Download your roster

Coaches and club admins can now download a team’s roster as a CSV file — either the athletes on their own, or the athletes together with their crew’s contact details.

Chat safety: reporting, review, and archiving

Chat now has a safety layer around it. Anyone in a conversation can report a message, club admins get a review queue, and messages containing concerning language are flagged automatically. You can also archive conversations you’re finished with.

Bulk import for coaches

You can now bulk-import coaches from a CSV — the fourth importer to go live, after athletes, facilities, and volunteers.

Bulk import for facilities (venues + fields)

You can now bulk-import your venues and fields from a CSV, the same way you import athletes. Upload once, and all your practice locations show up instantly in the roster and scheduling screens.

Bulk import for teams — all five importers now live

The team importer is live — the fifth and final piece of the bulk import suite. You can now import athletes, facilities, volunteers, coaches, and teams all from the Import menu in the top nav.

Bulk import for volunteers

You can now bulk-import team volunteers (team managers, team parents, assistant coaches) from a CSV — the third importer to go live, after athletes and facilities.

Bulk athlete + guardian import

You can now bulk-import athletes and their guardians from a CSV file instead of entering each player by hand. Perfect for onboarding a new club, starting a new season, or migrating a roster from another system.
