Inviting Staff & Coaches

Learn how to invite coaches and staff members to join your club on Teams Elevated.

Inviting Team Members

Teams Elevated uses an invitation system to bring coaches and staff into your club. Once invited, they can log in and access features based on their assigned role.

How to Send Invitations

  1. Navigate to Invitations from the main menu
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Coach, Team Manager, etc.)
  5. Assign them to specific team(s)
  6. Click Send Invitation

The invited person will receive an email with a link to create their account and join your club.

Roles & Permissions

Role What They Can Do
Club Admin Full access to all features, all teams, all data
Coach Manage their assigned teams, view athlete profiles, send communications to their team
Team Manager Similar to coach but focused on administrative tasks for specific teams

Managing Invitations

From the Invitations page, you can:

  • View all pending invitations
  • Resend invitations that haven’t been accepted
  • Revoke invitations that are no longer needed

Tips

  • Coaches can only see and manage athletes on their assigned teams
  • A user can be assigned to multiple teams
  • Club admins have access to everything — assign this role carefully
